Lipofat is an emulsifier technological premixture. has been designed for increasing the fatty ingredient homogenization located in the gastric juices, favoring nutrients assimilation through intestinal villous. Once added to the diet acts as a binder of different types of nutrients coexisting with the gastric juice and during the digestion process.
Lipofat Extra has been designed to facilitate the dispersion of fat in an aqueous medium by forming microdroplets, increasing the number of particles in contact with the surface of the villi for greater assimilation.
When to use?
When you want to improve the homogenisation of the fatty ingredients in the feed.
