LevittD is a combination of a source of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 glycosides, the active metabolite of vitamin D3, and sources of calcium.

It contains 1,25(OH)2D3- glycosides, a natural source of the metabolically active form of vitamin D3 (minimum content: 1 ppm).

It is ideal for situations where calcium absorption is necessary, but liver or kidney function or parathormone regulation may limit the production of endogenous 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3.

When to use?

Under conditions of limited use of vitamin D in feed.

To improve bone mineralisation and bone density.

To prevent vitamin D3 malabsorption in enteric processes, in rearing, peri-parturition and lactation.

To reduce the duration of parturition, improve the number of piglets born alive and weaned.

To improve eggshell formation.

To improve production parameters and flock homogeneity.

To reduce mortality and attenuate the drop in the laying curve.
