Leiber YeaFi® BM is inactivated brewer’s yeast (40%) bound to oligo- and polysaccharides from malt sprouts (60%) through a special gentle drying process that prevents oxidation of nutrients and improves palatability. Provides the antioxidant, astringent and bacteriostatic effects of hops.
